Who we are

Affluent Labs is the studio behind Withering, Discraft, and Epic Conquest, and the store, dashboard, and Community that support them. Formal notices should be sent using the contact details on this site.

Licences

Purchases are perpetual licences to use the software, not transfers of ownership of it. A licence covers you across the platforms listed on the product, and it does not expire.

Licences are tied to your account and are not transferable. If a product is discontinued, any licence you already hold stays valid for the versions you have; we simply stop shipping new releases for it.

Refunds

Purchases made on this site can be refunded within 14 days without giving a reason. Purchases made inside Google Play or the App Store follow their refund processes instead, because we cannot reverse them.

The 14-day window runs from the moment of purchase. A licence key that has already been activated is treated as used and falls outside the no-reason refund; reach out anyway if something went wrong and we will look at it.

Games and servers

Adding a game to a Discord server means the bot stores progress for the people who play it there. Removing the bot stops new data being written, and progress is retained so it works if you add it back.

Progress is retained for 90 days after the bot is removed, then cleared. Cosmetics bought by a server owner belong to that owner's account, so they remain available on any server where that account can use them, even after the owner leaves the original server.

Acceptable use

Keep it fair. Do not automate or script the bots, do not resell or share licence keys, and do not use the store, dashboard, or Community to attack, overload, or probe the service. Accounts that do lose access to the affected features.

Availability

Both apps work offline. The hosted parts, sync, store, dashboard, Community, and the games, carry no uptime guarantee, and current state is published on the status page.

Suspension

We may suspend an account for breaking these terms, for chargebacks or payment fraud, or where we are required to by law. Where circumstances allow we give notice first; serious cases are actioned immediately. Suspension does not void licences you legitimately hold, and they are restored if the suspension is lifted.

Liability

The software is provided as is, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded under the law where you live. To the extent the law allows, Affluent Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us for the product in question.
