Terms of service
What you agree to when you use this site or add one of our games to a Discord server.
LAST UPDATED 19 October 2026
Who we are
Affluent Labs LLC ("Affluent Labs") builds custom software for small businesses and makes the Discord games Withering, Discraft, and Epic Conquest. Our apps, ZestSSH and Recipe Spellbook, have their own terms on their own sites.
Using this site
You can read this site freely. The text, images, and logos on it belong to Affluent Labs; please do not copy them for your own products or pass yourself off as us.
Consulting work
Nothing on this site is a contract for services. Any project we take on is covered by a written agreement with that client, and that agreement, not these terms, sets the scope, price, and ownership of the work.
Games and servers
Adding a game to a Discord server means the bot stores progress for the people who play it there. Removing the bot stops new data being written. Progress is kept for 90 days after the bot is removed, so it works if you add it back, then cleared.
Acceptable use
Keep it fair. Do not automate or script the bots, exploit bugs for an advantage, or use our services to attack, overload, or probe anything. Players or servers that do may lose access to the games.
Availability
The games and this site carry no uptime guarantee. Their current state is published on our status page.
Liability
The site and the games are provided as is, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded under the law where you live. To the extent the law allows, Affluent Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Contact
Questions about these terms go to contact@affluentlabs.dev, or reach us in our Discord.
