By accessing or using Affluent Labs services, including our Discord bots (Withering, Discraft, Epic Conquest), mobile applications, and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Services

Affluent Labs provides gaming entertainment through Discord bots and mobile applications. Services include free-to-play features and optional premium subscriptions.

3. User Accounts

  • You must have a valid Discord account to use our bots
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use our services
  • One account per person is permitted

4. Premium Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe
  • Benefits are applied across all Affluent Labs games
  • You may cancel at any time; benefits continue until the end of your billing period
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion for technical issues
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use cheats, exploits, automation, or unauthorized third-party software
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts services for other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Buy, sell, or trade accounts or in-game items for real money
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Impersonate Affluent Labs staff

6. Virtual Items

  • Virtual items and currencies have no real-world value
  • We may modify or remove virtual items at any time
  • Virtual items cannot be transferred or refunded

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violations of these terms, without prior notice or liability.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

Affluent Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
